"Why are your reports so long?"

I use a narrative report instead of a checklist report because I feel it is my professional duty to provide my clients with complete information on the components of the home. I wish to convey not only whether a component is satisfactory or not, but also details, such as the age, model number, and the functionality of the unit. I add photos, when necessary, to further demonstrate the information.

The true benefit from a home inspection comes in the form of information. The more information, the greater the benefit.
